Judging Criteria
Competitors will have to demonstrate the following:

Ability to demonstrate the capability of BIM and its benefits as much as possible within 48-hours (eg. conceptual design, modelling, documentation, simulation/analysis, walkthrough, quantity take-off, clash detection etc);

Creative and innovative in the use of BIM for better sustainable or buildable design, and how the BIM model could be useful in the building and construction industry;

Good time management and planning, within the constraints given by the organiser;
-
Good publication & presentation that could summarise and demonstrates precisely the team work effort during the 48-hours BIM Competition;
-
Team work or collaboration across disciplines; and
-
Interoperability across various software platforms (eg. modelling to detailing, simulation/rendering etc).
